H10: In class we discussed "Rules are Meant to be Broken... Right?" first in Tribute pairs and then as a class, and how this related to rules that are broken so far in Hunger Games. We then took a look at the ELT's (Essential Learning Targets) and discussed marking the texts (digitally or on paper) as we read, looking for examples of these concepts. Homework: Read chapters 2 and 3 of Hunger Games. Look for and mark examples of Foreshadowing/Flashbacks, Theme, and Metaphor/Motif.
