Creative Writing: Find an example of the Monomyth/Hero's Journey in action (a movie, book, TV show, or any other fictitious/created story), and explain using as much detail as possible how your example fits that structure. Refer to the graphics handed out in class, as well as the Wikipedia entry, quick video we watched in class, and any other resources you can find online: see how many specific plot features you can identify and explain in about ONE PAGE of writing.
H10: Read Chapter 2 "Auschwitz (Time Flies)" and make sure your Chapter 1 & 2 questions are thoroughly, thoughtfully completed. Also, be prepared to share your brainstormed thesis statements when we meet on Tuesday.
