CP10: Pick a poem from the Poetry Out Loud collection (check the link on the right hand side of the blog under "Useful Links"). This poem must be at least fifteen lines long, and must be something you both understand and find interesting. Either print out your poem, or copy it into a blank document, and tone map it; this means writing the name of the emotion or tone you think best fits the poem.
H10: Fill out the Knowledge Rating Guide/Brave New World vocabulary list. If you KNOW a word, jot down a definition. If you THINK you know a word, write what you believe to be a definition. If you have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER, make a creative guess as to the meaning. In any case, write something for each word in the definition column! ***Poetry Out Loud winners and runners-up will be announced next class!
